There are no contact forms on this site — you reach us by email, which means your message goes straight to our mailbox and nowhere else.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The only thing stored on your device is your language choice, which is kept in local storage rather than a cookie. Details are in the Cookie Notice.
Who else sees this data
Our hosting provider processes server logs on our behalf as part of delivering the site. Our email provider handles messages you send us. We do not sell data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we run no third-party analytics that identify you personally.
Legal bases
Under the GDPR we rely on legitimate interests for server logs and site security, and on legitimate interests or consent for answering your email, depending on why you wrote. Under the KVKK (Law No. 6698) we rely on the conditions in Article 5, principally our legitimate interests and, where relevant, your explicit consent.
Where data goes
Our hosting and email providers may operate servers outside Türkiye. Those transfers are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, an adequacy decision, or the safeguards the KVKK requires.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, get a copy, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to our use of it, or withdraw a consent. Write to support@odun.games. We answer within 30 days. You may also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Kurumu) or your local supervisory authority in the EEA or UK.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to the server and to our mailboxes is restricted and protected by multi-factor authentication.

We update the date at the top whenever this notice changes.
